DC7600 HP Desktop Fast happy
In my opinion, the hype is all this book has. I have spent my life reading most of the classics, along with best sellers, biographies, etc. I stopped counting when I got to 10,000 books read, about 13 years ago, so I consider myself to be a book connoisseur. This Catcher in the Rye is one book I wish I never read. Actually I didn’t even bother to finish it, because it is such a waste of paper and time. If you want to read a great coming of age book, read A Separate Peace or A Prayer for Owen Meany. If you want to read about a real hero, read The Real George Washington.

3V Spring Lantern 14Ah change
The best Buy in town. I had purchased a considerably more expensive upright based on Consumer Reports review that was so hard to push that even my husband (big guy) had trouble with it. I gave that one away in the first two or three months. We both use this one, very easy to push, good suction and I don’t find it too loud.

Is System Lenspen Lens Cleaning suck?
Forget paying outrageous prices for HDMI cables. This unit works every bit as well as the higher priced “brand”names. My daughter in law used to work for BEST BUY and they were told to push the cables as it was pure gold. Trust me- you WON”T be able to see a difference. I’ll NEVER buy anything else more expensive than these.

80 Canon DVME80 Minute to you
Such a popular, famous or infamous little book depending on your view.Salinger’s masterpiece and highly guarded work.A contributing factor in John Lennons’murder maybe, maybe not. Also associated with the Reagan assassination attempt. Why is this I wonder?”The best book ever written in the English language” quoted the salesgirl as I purchased it for my daughter for her high school reading assignment. She said it with such conviction,I think both of us were stunned.I said nothing, just smiled, you know, that smile that conveys “yeah,I know what you mean”,too embarrassed to admit,”no kidding, never read it myself”.Well read it I did, finally.A book I should have read decades ago. It wasn’t required reading in my high school but I think I know why after reading it.It was a fun, fast read and kinda cool following Holden around.Seeing his anguish and disdain for those around him and the institutions he is forced to live within.Highly troubled yes,but you get the sense that he’ll be OK in the end.His period of adjustment from a youth to a young man can be seen in his attitude, his choices and his need to be different.Love pangs, sexual urges, smoking, drinking all the rights of passage are explored through Holdens’eyes. It is kind of a warped, more psychiatric version of Ferris Beuller only a fifties version with less phone use,no texting,E-mails, computer use or outside influence from rappers,TV or other idiotic distractions teenagers are bombarded with today.Just pure emotional dilemma which must be resolved from within. I must say I enjoyed it very much, could not put it down for long with each chapter an adventure. What will Holden do now?How is this kid going to handle this one?etc. The sweet portrait it paints is probably wasted on todays youth whom I fear just won’t get it.As a reader in my late forties,I could.Rediscovering ‘Catcher In The Rye’ was refreshing and diversionary. Just enough to take me away and escape to Manhattan for a few days.To be the companion of Holden Caulfield

Hello iPod Accessories Apple iPhone
I absolutely love the functionality of the device. It fully lives up to the hype.
My grouse is with the available titles in my book genre of choice – fantasy.
It’s very disappointing! While I accept that building the library is a work in progress, I would have hoped that many obvious fantasy titles currently not available would long since have been included. It’s something the Kindle librarians need to address urgently, if the service is going to meet customer needs in this important market.

Focus on Dim A Little Sum
When I first saw this in 1985, it was the first time I saw on the big screen a genuine portrayal of the Asian American experience. I fell in love with this film. At last! My experience and my culture in commercial media. It rang so true to me, and I was and am thankful that Wayne Wang created such a gem. There are many beautiful shots in this film, and detailed depictions of Chinese American life: ie, the shoes at the front door, which is typical of Chinese American households; the bird cage with the red paper character luck placed upside down, meaning luck will descend upon you (unfortunately such details went right over the head of the reviewer below). The Cantonese is a bonus, it’s my native language, and there it is in film, and lots of it.
I saw Chan is Missing later, and that, of course, is another landmark film, portraying the diversity in the Chinese American and Asian American community.

You know about Folklore and Superstition
Black Stone Cherry is a great find for those who are not fans of Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, & others in the Nu Metal genre. They have more of a Classic Rock & Roll feel. This is a great band to just sit back and turn up the dial. As for Folklore & Superstition the songs are paced well, have enjoyable themes & lyrics, the band just knows how to get it done. Here is a breakdown:
1. Blind Man 9/10…not the best on the album, but solid
2. Please Come In 9/10…not great but solid
3. Reverend Wrinkle 8.5/10…a bit of a step down from the other two but still good
4. Soulcreek 9.5/10…love this song
5. Things My Father Said 8/10…good but nothing special
6. The Bitter End 10/10…one of the best
7. Long Sleeves 9/10…
8. Peace is Free 10/10…I like it, a bit slower than usual though
9. Devil’s Queen 11/10…Needs to be on the Radio!!!
10. The Key 11/10…Again could use some airplay!!!
11. You 9/10…real good
12. Sunrise 8/10…solid
13. Ghost of Floyd Collins 10/10…NICE!
Overall the CD is about a 4.8 so its gets round up to 5!

Lowepro Black 30 Rezo deal
Great case for the price. Fits my Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 with room to spare. I especially like the snap closure on the belt loop – an added security feature instead of the usual velcro only. I like the fact that there are two small expandable pockets in the front under the flap for extra battery and memory card. Definitely a great product.

Jesus Light Of The forever
Holds 1300 pics from my 10mp camera. Class 6 so its plenty fast. See little or no difference from a class 4 I have, but this cost the same.
Only problem Ihad was the camera came about 4 days BEFORE the card. So I had a new camera, and no card for it.. One of the little things I missed in the travel brochure.
