Guide the AHA to run out

First of all, yes, the 3G is global, but not COMPLETELY global. Make sure you check and see if you can use the Kindle 3G in your area before you purchase. I looked at a global 3G map and the whole area that I wanted to use my Kindle in is 3G. After I got my Kindle I tried to use the 3G here and it wouldn’t work. When I checked on Amazon I found out that the Kindle won’t pick up 3G in my area.. Or anywhere in the country I’m in..

Next, the screen is nowhere near durable. I had my Kindle for about 3 weeks and was so excited for it. I had put about 8 books on there so I wouldn’t have to keep going to my computer to download more after I had finished one. Well, after about 3 weeks I picked it up and the screen was broken. I must have bumped it or something, but I definitely did not drop it or abuse it at all. I talked to one of my friends who had one and he said his screen only lasted about 3 weeks too. He just got the new Kindle in the mail about 2 weeks ago. His screen is already broken. So, if you do buy one be VERY careful not to put ANY pressure on the screen. It’s not an iPhone or an iPad. You can’t expect to be able to take this out of the case and have it last.

I’m waiting until I get back to the States to try to return this or get it fixed, so I can’t comment on Amazon’s returning speed or anything yet. So far I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product.

I have had Bissell carpet cleaners for over 15 years, and have mostly been pleased with them. I decided it was time to give the Hoover a try, because I have had to replace the Bissell every 2-3 years, which is pretty irritating, considering I don’t have large amounts of carpet to clean, I expect them to last a little longer. I have to say that I am impressed with how well the Hoover removes the water it puts out. The carpet is noticably less wet when I am finished, and the dirt really comes up. The hose attachment works well, and the suction is strong. I couldn’t give five stars for a few reasons. The handle on the clean water/solution container doesn’t look like it is going to be strong enough to last, and it is necessary to hook the container in place. The lid to the dirty water container has to be seated on just exactly right or there will be no suction. The Bissell was super user-friendly, but the Hoover is a little more complicated. I guess the complexity was needed to produce the superior suction. I do miss the ability of the Bissell to change the dial to dispense a water only rinse. With the Hoover the water and cleaning solution are mixed. It would be possible to run water only, but you’d have to go through the pain of emptying out any remaining water/solution mix. Overall, I am really pleased with this machine. Time will tell if it outlives a Bissell.
