Why must What Is Democracy Real
It’s rare that I am surprised and astounded by the performance of a product. I’ve used a Ultimate Touch Instant Mat & Tangle Remover and it’s like for a long time on my cats. I have a fairly long haired cat that doesn’t shed excessively, but does shed. I can spend a 15 minutes working over my cat with the aforementioned and get an amount of fur equal to maybe 5 seconds with the FURminator.
I can see why they say it helps to reduce shedding. My cat enjoyed being groomed with this, for a while. Then he started nipping at me as if to say “I’ve had enough of this”. By that time (about 10 minutes) I’d gotten perhaps 2 or 3 heaping handfuls of loose fur off of him. He looks fine, and his coat feels great.
I will never use another cat brush again. There is no need to find a better product, and every product I’ve tried thus far has been vastly inferior to this one. The small size is just fine for a cat-sized animal.
Highest rating; best of breed.

I found the book a little hard to get into at first, but once it got going I couldn’t put it down. I found myself wondering what was going to happen next. I have a newborn and I put myself through a huge lack of sleep by staying up one night to finish it. I highly recommend reading it, and if you find yourself having a hard time after the first 1/4, please continue. You’ll be surprised by where the book takes you.

I bought this book just a week or so before Salinger died. I finished the book I was reading a few days after his passing and decided to finally read this alleged masterpiece — and masterpiece it is, indeed. I wish I would have read it when I was 17, but alas, I waited until age 31. Nevertheless, I remember what it was like to be 17, and honestly, I related to the character Holden Caulfield a lot today; even as a married father and professional “phony.” I can only imagine how utterly groundbreaking this book must have been when it was first published in 1951.
What I loved about the book: I could say “everything,” because I did, but I’ll give a few specifics. First, I loved the voice in which it was written. Holden is sarcastic, snotty, and just way too cool for almost everything — just like I was when I was 17. I loved the exaggerations and hyperbole. I identified with his descent into near-madness, being in that awkward stage between childhood and adulthood, not knowing what to do, not really understanding or not wanting to deal with the consequences of your actions, really just not being ready to grow up. As Holden wanders New York in a sleep-deprived stupor, he explores these issues within his mind; he jumps from one feeling to another, and breaks down and cries more than once. It truly is a powerful novel, and one of the three best I’ve ever read. Five stars all the way.
The book is just 214 pages and a breeze to read. If you haven’t read it, you should. I’ve been reading a lot of “classic” novels lately and this is the first one that I know for a fact I will be reading again in the future. I could see myself reading this every couple of years for the rest of my life — it was that good.

Great fun for the family, not meant for a hard core multiplayer online fanatic like my self. The extended family has forced me to buy batteries at costco but it’s well worth it! I love this system when it comes to family entertainment and also brings out the competitiveness in even the most subtle people. Love the system, hate the available online issues, but you know what? This is about getting the family together and enjoying each others company. Want to bring the family together? Fork over the $200 and enjoy!

I purchased two of these cables after reading the reviews on them expecting them to be a basic HDMI cable, but when they arrived they were just wrapped in plastic so they could have easily been dropped, or damaged on shipment. I hook one up to my PS3, and the other to my Xbox 360. I turn on the PS3, and the signal is not coming through at all, I reset the display settings on the PS3, and finally get it to display a picture, but at only 480p. I get it to run at 1080i, but when I try 1080p the signal goes out. I switch the cables around and try the other one, and I do get a 1080p signal for my PS3, but the screen fuzzes every 10 seconds, and it cuts in, and out. Unfortunately I’m not one that likes to sound negative, but you get what you pay for. These HDMI cables are garbage, and I am extremely dis-pleased with these. Its work it going out buying the cables for a few more bucks so you know for sure they will work. These cables are also not shielded so they can easily go out in a little time, unfortunately for me that time was around 5 seconds. Please don’t be tricked by the cheap price, these items are terribly made, and its not worth the wait.

You can get an idea what you’re in for by visiting Microsoft’s online training. There are literally hours of video about using each of the programs like Word, Excel. I just needed to update so I could save a Powerpoint slide in pdf. Instead, I find that all of my familiar programs like Word and Excel are no longer something I can rely on to knock out a quick project. The ribbon supposedly makes things easier to find in theory. In practice, an experienced user of the older version can spend 15 minutes finding a way to, for example, remove the underlining from text. Really annoying.
I will no longer buy programs or new versions that are not intuitive enough to use without spending a day viewing videos – especially after having invested the time to learn the old version.

I was so skeptical of buying the kindle. Wasn’t sure if I would like it. I am past running out of room for real books and love reading. I wanted to keep reading new books and hate the library. I wasn’t ready to buy the kindle and I wasn’t ready to be reading something electronic. With all that said I absolutely LOVE the kindle. Not only are you able to find books you want to read but I tried one of the free books for it and liked it. Found a whole new author I like. I love that you can ready the first chapter for free on some books. See if you are going to be hooked from the beginning.
The next idea I have for Amazon is the possibility of renting books. Like you can rent a movie. Or being able to download a free copy of books that you have already bought through Amazon in paperback or hardcover, or at least as a discounted price.
I wish I had bought this a long time ago. I am finding I am taking it everywhere with me. The size is perfect and not too big but will still fit in my purse and not take up too much room.
Visually the screen really does seem like reading paper or a newspaper. It is not hard to read the screen at all. I love the fact that no matter which book you read it stays that same size and weight. Currently I am re-reading Atlas Shrugged I have been wanting to read it again but the size of the book is just so tedious for holding and with the Kindle I have no problems with it.
If you have any doubts go ahead and throw them out. You will love this product too! And just think you are being green and saving the trees too!
