My husband & I did a bit of research on carpet steam cleaners & chose this one as a mid price. We ordered it on a thursday around 5:00pm & with regular shipping it was here by Saturday am. I was able to put it together following the instructions very easily. I was able to use right away & followed other reviewers’ advice: VERY hot tap water, make sure the lid/top to the dirty water basin is snapped into place or it won’t suck up any liquid. We have had it for about a month & I have already used it 4 times. We have an issue with dogs going on the carpet. The cleaning solution that came with it smells good & seems to work well but we also bought a special pet odor one by Hoover at Target. I wish we had ordered some when we bought the cleaner because it is cheaper at Amazon. My carpet looks (and smells) a zillion times better but I still need more passes as it had been an extremely long time since it had been cleaned and we still have some catching up to do. The good thing is the carpet dries within a few hours. I am thrilled with this purchase. This is way better than renting one from a grocery store that people have put god-knows-what in it & 3 rentals would cost about as much as buying. Also you can spot clean carpets or even furniture. We have only used it on the carpet so far but it came with attachments for all kinds of stuff.

I have only had the scale for a week but like it very much. My old scale would only go in 1 pound incraments this new scale goes in .2 pound incraments. Much better scale to know if you are loosing weight or not. Great product and attractive scale

The book Artemis Fowl is a quick fictional read. In its plot are fairies, elves, sprites, gnomes, dwarves, and goblins. Artemis Fowl is the main character, a criminal mastermind who plans to steal gold from the fairies in order to make his family rich.
Artemis managed to find a fairy and get the fairy’s Book, a book that every fairy carries around. The Book held all the secrets of fairies. Unfortunately for Artemis, the book was written in the “old tongue”, the fairy language, which no human understood. However, this was no large obstacle for a genius like Artemis. He quickly decoded the book and used the secrets described in it to capture a fairy (captain Holly Short) to hold ransom for a ton (literally) of 24 carat gold. In the end, the fairies got back half of the gold and a dwarf stole the other half.
For me, this book is as interesting and as attractive as Harry Potter. However, if you prefer to read realistic stories, I do not suggest this book for you.
